The Bar LES BOISSONS Beguiling and provocative, mysterious and offbeat, The Bar plays the foil to the adjacent Grand Salon. The Bar takes its visual cues from great American long bars of decades past, glamorous ballrooms of French hôtels particuliers and the royal stables at Versailles with distinctive barrel vaulting and natural-wood walls defining much of the space. VIEW MENU Hours of Operation Monday 4pm - 12am Tuesday – Saturday 4pm - 1am Sunday 4pm - 11pm Last seating is one hour before closing. Middle Sip & Savor In The Bar, dark opulence meets a rough-hewn aesthetic and vivacious New York panache. Guests from around the globe sip and toast between crimson velvet and merlot-colored walls, leather seats on checkerboard floors, glittering red Baccarat chandeliers and fine art stacked salon-style. Calm or abuzz with conversation, this 60-foot bar houses Baccarat’s collection of celebrated wine and craft cocktails. All libations are poured into stunning pieces of Baccarat crystal, making every night a lively, à propos celebration. Guests are welcome to enjoy a full range of service including coffee, tea and Alsatian-inspired cuisine from Culinary Director and Two Michelin-starred Chef Gabriel Kreuther. Le Prism Cocktail Menu Much like Baccarat Hotel New York itself, which is a celebration of light that glows, sparkles, and shimmers, the Le Prism cocktail menu showcases each color in the rainbow not just as a separate entity, but rather as a juxtaposition of vibrant hues. By assigning different flavor elements to each color in the prism, as well as exploring the infinite ways these colors and flavors can intersect, the menu is designed to communicate the essence of each cocktail visually, so as to prepare your senses for the first taste. Using the code that follows, you’ll be able to infer the predominant notes of the ten new drinks, all of which were inspired by some manifestation of light in the world around us.
