A Message from Us

We look forward to reopening our doors on October 5 and our team of artisans can’t wait to welcome you back. We also know that a tremendous comfort level is required when planning travel and hotel stays. To this end, and in accordance with CDC, state, and local guidelines, we have crafted a sanitation and operations plan that considers the complete guest experience throughout all stages of your journey.  


Upon arrival, you will notice a few changes to best ensure your comfort and safety, as well as that of our team members. Below we are providing information about how we have prepared for your visit and what you can expect during your stay with us.

Our commitment to cleanliness - The hotel will be completely sanitized using EPA-approved sanitizing agents and disinfected by an accredited third-party company. All accommodations will remain unoccupied at least 48-hours between guest arrivals. High touch points like door handles and elevator surfaces will be sanitized multiple times per day. 

Key

We are only as strong as our teams – All of our team members have undergone health and safety certification courses prior to opening and will always be wearing personal protective equipment and maintaining safe distance when on property. Our newly appointed Director of Environmental Health and Safety ensures that all team members are upholding the stringent new health and safety guidelines that have been put in place. 

Mask

Your arrival sets the tone for your stay – You may drop off your vehicle at the hotel’s nearby garage. Everyone entering the building will undergo temperature checks, and masks are required to be worn in all public areas and outside of your guestroom. Guest preferences regarding services, such as luggage delivery and housekeeping, will be known prior to your arrival to best accommodate individual needs.  

Weekender Bag

Rest easy while in residence – All service and maintenance requests will be handled while guests are not present in their room, and delivery of requested items or packages will be contactless. In-room mini bars will temporarily not be available but select items are available upon request. Only two guests are allowed in each elevator at any given time, with exception given to larger parties traveling together.

Eat, drink and stay balanced – In-room dining’s limited hours are from 7 am to 11 am to accommodate breakfast service offered through contactless delivery. The Bar and Grand Salon are temporarily closed. Our concierge team can assist with lunch and dinner recommendations and reservations. The hotel’s Spa de La Mer, pool and fitness center are open and operational.

Flexible Changes & Cancellation

For existing reservations booked directly with us, should you need to rebook or cancel, please call us at 866-957-5139. Please notify us 24 hours, three days or seven days prior to arrival, depending on your reserved room type (or as otherwise noted in the terms of your booking). If you booked your stay through an online travel agency or other third party, please call your provider and they will help you rebook or cancel your stay.

 

About Your Stay

In compliance with local regulations and CDC guidelines, some amenities and services may be limited or unavailable during your stay and subject to change at any time. Please note that signing a COVID-19 Acknowledgement, Waiver and Release is required at check-in.
