Currently serving as President of the Supervisory Board of her family group, President of the Board of Directors of La Cité du Vin, and head of both Bordeaux Saveurs and Le Chapon Fin Restaurant, Madame Cazes brings a lifetime of passion and expertise to every project she leads.
In 2013, alongside her three children — Pierre, Julie, and François Régimbeau — Sylvie acquired Château Chauvin, a 15-hectare estate nestled near Pomerol in the north-west of Saint-Émilion. Under her stewardship, the estate continues to embody the elegance, depth, and balance that define the finest Right Bank wines.
This exclusive dinner will present a vertical tasting of Château Chauvin’s Grand Vin, showcasing four remarkable vintages — 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020 — offering a rare glimpse into the evolution of this Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classé. Guests will also enjoy a special course paired with Château Chauvin’s new white wine, an exciting pre-release not yet available on the market.
