An Elegant Entrée to the New Year

Join us in the Grand Salon from 5:30 to 8 pm for a celebratory three-course dinner. Enjoy a welcome glass of champagne or a hand-crafted cocktail, followed by an inspired menu featuring classic and contemporary French American cuisine. A quartet of NYC-themed dessert bites provide the perfect send off, while a  jazz band enhances the festive mood. Be sure to return at 11 pm for a champagne toast and the countdown to midnight.

New Year's Eve Crystal Ball

Toast to the new year with a glamorous and refined seated dinner followed by a cocktail-style party set amidst our sparkling surroundings. Celebrate with a live band in the Grand Salon and DJ in The Bar, setting the tone for a joyous and vibrant celebration where decadent canapês on Baccarat crystal three-tiers will be featured on an elaborate Grand Table. Elaborate entrées will be presented at each table, followed by petit desserts and sweets, presented just in time for the champagne toast and countdown to midnight.
