These spaces offer a vividly artistic atmosphere with true Manhattan energy with infinite potential for intimate social moments.   Responsibilities   Client Walkthroughs: Meet with clients to understand their vision and needs. Provide expert advice to help clients make informed decisions.   Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through various channels.   Proposal Development: Create customized proposals that align with the client's vision, budget, and needs. Ensure that all details are thoroughly and professionally outlined. Negotiation and Contracting: Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and services to secure new business.   Servicing: Build relationships with clients, stay in contact throughout the planning process, overseeing logistics and details day-of the events, in collaboration with the F&B team for a seamless execution of events.
